Cooperation between the Customer and the Contractor is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia. All services are provided on the basis of a written agreement between the parties — a contract, a commercial offer, an invoice or an act of completed work.

Settlements between the parties are made in non—cash form, in the national currency of Georgia - lari (GEL). Before starting the provision of services, the Customer pays an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total cost of the project. The remaining 50% is payable after the shooting is completed and the final materials are approved. In case of delay in payment, the Contractor has the right to suspend the work until the funds are received.

The Contractor undertakes to perform the work efficiently, on time, to respect the confidentiality of the information received and to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection" and other applicable regulations.
The disagreements that have arisen between the parties are resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to settle the dispute out of court, it is subject to consideration in the court of general jurisdiction of Georgia at the place of registration of the Contractor.
